Under federal law (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule), Private Mortgage Guarantee LLC is required to provide you with specific disclosures:
- Loan Estimate (LE): Within 3 business days of receiving your application, you will receive a Loan Estimate showing estimated terms, interest rate, monthly payment, and closing costs.
- Closing Disclosure (CD): At least 3 business days before closing, you will receive a Closing Disclosure showing the final loan terms and closing costs.

Credit Report Authorization
